Nova Frigo is located in Lonato del Garda (BS) at Via Montebello 5/D. Here you can find our offices, warehouse, service center, and storage facilities.

3What are your business hours?

4Is truck loading/unloading possible?
Yes, it is. We have a dedicated area for maneuvering and parking trucks, including large vehicles, for loading and unloading goods.
5What types of machines do you produce?
What types of machines do you produce? We produce chillers, fan coils, thermoregulators, refrigeration units, condensers, and special machines for all sectors requiring refrigeration and temperature control.
6What type of refrigerant gases do you use?
We use all types of refrigerant gases, focusing on eco-friendly (low-GWP), and next-generation gases. Depending on the application, we produce machines with gases such as R290 (propane), R1234ze, R513a, R448a, R407c, R410a, R134a, and others.
7What types of compressors do you install?
We use various types of compressors depending on the application: scroll, reciprocating, screw, etc.
8What types of fans do you install?
Depending on the installation type, we use EC or AC axial fans and centrifugal fans.
9Do the chillers come with pumps and tanks?
Chillers are available in different configurations: with internal pump and tank; with internal pump and external tank; with external pump and tank, or without pump and tank.
10What is the pump prevalence?
Pump pressure is defined based on the application and system requirements. Standard versions have pumps with a prevalence of approximately 30 meters but higher pressures are available upon request.
11What is the capacity of the internal storage tank?
The internal storage tank capacity varies depending on the chiller size, ranging from 25 liters for smaller models to 300/500 liters for larger models. For higher capacities, an external storage tank is recommended.
12Is the electrical panel included?
All machines are normally supplied with an electrical panel, but we also offer versions without it upon request.
13Is remote management/control available?
Yes, machines with remote management/control are available.
14Is remote technical assistance available?
Yes, remote technical assistance is available.
15Can chillers be installed outdoors or indoors?
We offer different machine types, including models designed for both outdoor and indoor installations.
16Can the air outlet from the chiller be ducted?
For machines designed for indoor installation, the hot air outlet can be ducted for heat recovery (in colder months) or external expulsion (in warmer months).
17How are the condenser coils made?
Our machines feature condenser coils made of copper/aluminum and microchannel coils, which allow for a reduced refrigerant charge.
18Is it possible to have chillers with inverters?
Yes, machines can be equipped with inverters to optimize energy consumption.
19Do you provide technical assistence?
Yes, we offer both in-house and on-site technical assistance. All our refrigeration technicians are F-gas certified.
20What are your response times for technical support?
Response times may vary depending on the issue, ranging from 24/48 hours to 72 hours.
21Can I purchase spare parts?
Yes, spare parts can be purchased directly from our service center.

Yes, we provide both scheduled maintenance contracts and legally required system logbooks.
23Do you handle installations and hydraulic systems?
We do not provide installations or hydraulic systems but can recommend specialized companies for these needs.
24Who should I contact for a quote?

25What payment options do you offer?
We offer flexible payment solutions tailored to individual needs, including long-term rental options (48 or 60 months) with a final purchase option.
26Do you accept trade-ins for old equipment?
Yes, when purchasing new unit, we can evaluate the trade-in of your used equipment.

NOVA FRIGO Engineering S.r.l., pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR'), hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of data subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such processing will be carried out in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your confidentiality and rights.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We would like to inform you that the collected data will be used for:

Processing your request for contact or information submitted via the message entered in the free text field of this form.

DATA PROVISION

Providing your data is mandatory for the requested purpose.

- External entities responsible for the development, assistance, and maintenance of the website database and hosting services;
- External entities providing SaaS software for Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
- Technical and commercial collaborators.

Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data will be stored for the time necessary to process your request for contact or information.

DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Your personal data is stored within the European Union, but also with providers offering hosting or analytics services located in non-EU countries. These providers are all adherents to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, ensuring secure transfers.
