TRANSCRITICAL AND SUBCRITICAL CO2 RACKS
The range of CO2 Racks, developed for MT and LT applications by Nova Frigo Engineering, consists in custom configurations which includes subcritical solutions for low temperature applications and transcritical solutions for medium and low temperature applications using booster systems.
Units have semi-hermetic piston compressors with the following range of capacities:
- MT: from 50 up to 600 Kw
- LT: from 30 up to 300Kw
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
- Power supply 400V / 3Ph /50Hz (others available on request).
- Power control box with parametric controller (Dixell®,Carel®, Reftronix®).
- Compressor brands available: Dorin, Bock and Bitzer.
- First compressor inverter driven.
- Oil recovery and distribution system with high efficiency oil separator
- Remote air-cooled gas cooler.
- Design pressure : up to 130 bar high pressure side and 80 bar low pressure side.
- Brazing or butt-welding connections depending on installed capacity.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- Up to two independent heat reclaim systems
- Emergency unit for standstill operations at liquid receiver.
- Water-cooled gas cooler.
- Subcooler heat exchanger for warm climate installation.
- Parallel compressor.
